We switched to consuming traditional foods 16 years ago when we began raising our own milk , meat and eggs. Since then Anne & I and our six children have been able to lead a better lifestyle with many less doctor visits!

That is why we do what we do. Our animals thrive outdoors on lush green pastures and provide us with exceptional and nutritious products.
