You will need to register by creating an account with FarmMatch in order to obtain access to certain services. If you choose to create an Account with us, you agree to provide only accurate, complete registration information, and you will keep that information up-to-date if it changes. When you register, you will obtain unique log-in credentials (a "User ID"). Your access to FarmMatch services must be made using your User ID and the issuance of the User ID to you by FC does not authorize anyone else to use your User ID and you are responsible for preventing such unauthorized use. Individuals and entities who have had their access to the Website or any of the services previously terminated by FC may not register for an account, nor may you designate any of those individuals to use your account on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify FarmMatch immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security known to you with respect to our services.
FarmMatch grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the site. You may not download, modify, or copy any portion of it. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any listings, descriptions, or prices. This site or any portion of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the written consent of FarmMatch. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by FarmMatch.
FarmMatch allows you to find and interact with merchants and consumers that advertise and/ or offer products and services on the site. FarmMatch is not an agent of the merchants or consumers. FarmMatch does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services and content of any merchant, service provider, consumer, or any other third party. Any questions, complaints or claims regarding a product should be directed to the appropriate merchant. FarmMatch does not have any responsibility for, or liability related to, any product or services listed on the site or any transaction you have with any merchant or any disagreement. FarmMatch does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products or services of any merchant. Like every other farming certification or farming rating system in the world, and with the understanding that it is close to impossible to fully monitor farming practices with an effective, self intelligent 24 hour surveillance system, FarmMatch relies on the good faith and honesty of the farmer and/or merchant to provide accurate information concerning applicable farming practices. Whether implied or otherwise, any displayed FarmMatch rating system makes no warrantee and gives no guarantee regarding food quality or farming practices. It is up to you to directly contact the farmer and/or merchant and use your own judgment as a means for determining food quality and farming practices.
Where FarmMatch permits the posting of content, comments, and/or ratings it may not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, injurious to third parties, contain or consist of software viruses, commercial solicitation, mass mailings or any form of “spam”. You may not impersonate a person or entity or in any way mislead the origin of the content. FarmMatch reserves the right to remove or edit any content it deems inappropriate. You grant FarmMatch a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, translate, and display such content throughout the World in any media. You grant FarmMatch the right to use the name with which you submitted the content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you post; that it is accurate; that the use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you indemnify FarmMatch for all claims resulting from content you supply.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its design, text, Content, selection and arrangement of elements, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including, but not limited to, intellectual property) laws, including without limitation those of the United States, and all rights therein are the property of FC or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner and is protected pursuant to applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Farms, buying clubs, restaurants and farmers markets have the ability to request a refund within 7 days of becoming a local sponsor of FarmMatch. FarmMatch will refund the credit card that was used at the time of the purchase. The refund amount will be equal to or less than the amount that was processed at the time of purchase.
